StablecoinHubs is a read-only aggregation interface. We do not custody funds, execute trades, operate DeFi protocols, or provide transaction-routing services in the current product.

We never hold, control, or have access to private keys, funds, or digital assets. The product currently displays market, yield, and card data only.

StablecoinHubs does not currently ask users to connect a wallet. Any future wallet-enabled features must be reviewed before being reintroduced.

Information displayed on StablecoinHubs — including APY rates, token prices, and protocol data — does not constitute investment, financial, or trading advice. All data is sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete.

Use of StablecoinHubs does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and StablecoinHubs. No advisory duties are created by your use of this platform.

DeFi involves significant risk including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits, liquidity risk, oracle manipulation, regulatory action, and stablecoin depegging events.

You are solely responsible for doing your own research (DYOR) before interacting with any protocol outside StablecoinHubs. You acknowledge that you understand the risks inherent in blockchain technology and DeFi protocols.

StablecoinHubs is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

StablecoinHubs and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from: reliance on third-party data, interactions with third-party protocols outside StablecoinHubs, smart contract failures, or any other use of the platform. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of StablecoinHubs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
